1. Are your Mustangs available for self-drive? I'm a really good driver!

 All our Mustangs are chauffeur driven only - No self-drive available.

2. How many passengers can you transport in each Mustang?

Both our Mustang (1965 Coupe and 1967 Convertible) are licensed to carry four (4) passengers, however this is a cosy fit so we recommend three (3) passengers.

3. Are you a licensed transport operator with the Western Australian Department of Transport?

Yes, Mr Mustang Hire is a registered Western Australian Department of Transport On-Demand Booking Service (ODBS). Authorisation No. 1009313 . Our fleet of Mustangs are chauffeur-driven by our experienced and professional male and female licensed drivers, and carry full insurance.

4. Do you have a minimum hire?

Due to the high demand for our vehicles we do have minimum hire requirements. In our experience of providing our vehicles for hire, you want to ensure a relaxed day (especially if it’s your wedding day) to soak up the experience that the rumbling sound of a powerful V-8 engine in the open-air offers a spirited afternoon cruise on a winding country road.

Wedding car hire packages have a four (4) minimum. Additional travel fees apply for travel exceeding 20km of Margaret River

Tour packages have a minimum four (4) hour hire. Additional travel fees apply for pick up exceeding 20km of Margaret River

5. Can we make an appointment to view the Mustangs before booking?

Yes, absolutely. We always recommend viewing the cars you book. Be very wary of any company which is reluctant to do so. We offer inspections by appointment only given that our Mustangs are usually on the road, especially on weekends. So feel free to contact us if you’d like to make a booking.

6. Do you cater for children?

Yes, however, our classic Mustangs still retain their original seat lap belts front and rear and are not fitted with airbags; they are therefore not suitable for carriage of children under the age of 8 or less.

7. Are your Mustangs wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, our Mustangs do not have wheelchair accessible vehicle modifications fitted therefore our vehicles cannot be used to provide an on-demand passenger transport service to passengers in wheelchairs.

8. Do you service areas outside the Margaret River region?

If you are passionate about Mustangs (like us!) and nothing else will do-unlike many transport businesses we can do offer our Mustangs outside our usual service area of Margaret River. Please note that additional travel fees apply exceeding 20km of Margaret River

9. Do you have vehicles other than Mustangs available?

Our fleet currently consists of Mustangs only, however watch this space we are keen to expand our range!

10. How much deposit is required to confirm my booking and what are your booking Terms & Conditions?

Should you wish to make a hire booking all reservations must be confirmed by payment with a 50% deposit of the total tariff, at the time of making the booking with the balance paid in full 30 days prior to booking date. From the time a hire booking is made, your payment of the quoted amount confirms you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy, after which time the terms and conditions of the policy will be deemed to be in effect. Reservations/ hire bookings are not confirmed until cleared receipt of the 50% deposit. 11. What is your Cancellation Policy?

As Mr Mustang Hire is a small business cancellation fees are necessary to compensate the provider for the holding of a reservation in good faith, and the consequent refusal of subsequent hire booking requests. Our charges in the event of cancellations reflect our assessment of the likelihood of being able to re-hire the car following a cancellation. All cancellations are required to be made to us in writing. We will not accept a verbal cancellation. Please read the following Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy carefully. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to bookings you make with Mr Mustang Hire over the telephone or by email, as well as online bookings you make on our website. From the time a booking is made, your payment of the quoted amount confirms you agree to our Cancellation Policy after which time the terms and conditions of this policy will be deemed to be in effect. 12. How early should I book my wedding transport?

Due to the high demand for our Mustangs the vehicles get booked 12-24 months in advance, so we recommend booking your preferred Mustang early to avoid any disappointment.
